The Smart Data Summit is the only conference dedicated to the growth and importance of big data analytics here in the Middle East region. The 7th edition of the summit will be held on the 23rd – 24th March of 2020 at Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa, Dubai, UAE.

According to World Competitiveness Yearbook 2018, the UAE is ranked fifth globally in the use of big data analytics. With AI being the next big thing in the region, various sectors are now converging these two technologies to harvest better results. According to predictions from Forrester, 70% of organizations in the UAE are expected to implement AI to analyze unstructured data in the next two years, with hospitality, banking, tourism and oil and gas considered as  the top players to use big data analytics.
