The Analyst's Verdict
A senior analyst reviews your decision and tells you the call he would make.
You bring a decision you are weighing. We build the full analysis on it. Then a named analyst reads that work, forms a view, and gives you his verdict in his own words: what he would do, the few reasons that carry it, and the one or two things that would change his mind. His name is on it. It is a person's judgment you can act on, not a report a machine sent you.
EUR 1,500. One decision. His written verdict within three business days, with an optional short conversation if you want to hear it from him and push back.
Request the verdictA verdict, not a report
The verdict comes bottom line first: the recommendation in one line, then the handful of reasons that carry it, then what would have to change for the call to change. No wall of options to wade through, no "it depends." A senior analyst has looked at your decision and committed to a view, and told you exactly what would make him revisit it. That commitment is the product. It is what you cannot get from a search, a dashboard, or an automated summary, all of which will happily hand you ten options and let you drown.
The analysis underneath is built from the record, thoroughly, at machine speed. The verdict on top is a person's. The analyst reads the finished work, agrees with where it lands or overrides it, and puts his name to the version you receive. When his judgment and the analysis diverge, you get his judgment, and that override is the sharpest thing you are paying for. What he stands behind is his judgment and its independence, not the outcome: the verdict is his considered opinion, offered for your decision. The decision, and its consequences, remain yours.
What you receive
- The written verdict, with his name on it: the recommendation, the reasoning that carries it, and the tripwires that would change it. In plain language, bottom line first.
- The evidence under the call, sourced, so you can check the ground it stands on: what the public record confirms, and where a company sits in the expert conversation, drawn from the Discourse Ledger, our continuously graded record of what practitioners and experts actually publish across the data and AI field.
- Optional: a short conversation with the analyst, booked into a window he opens, if you want to hear the call in his voice and push on it. The written verdict stands on its own; the conversation is there if you want it.
An example
You are weighing whether to lead Company X's next round. You send us the decision and the company. We build the analysis; the analyst reviews it and comes back with: "Yes, on these two conditions, and here is the one thing that would make me walk." One line you can take to your partners, with the reasons and the sources underneath, and his name behind it.
Same research, one step further
The analysis under a verdict is built and reviewed to the same standard as a Decision Brief or a Deep Dive: the same record, the same grading, the same name behind it. The difference is not rigor. It is how far the analyst goes. A Brief and a Deep Dive hand you the verified ground and leave the decision to you, on purpose. The Verdict is the one product where the analyst goes the last step and commits to a recommendation, with his name on it. Take the Brief or the Deep Dive when you want the evidence and will make the call yourself. Take the Verdict when you want the analyst to make the call and put his judgment behind it.
What it is not
- Not a guarantee. A senior analyst's independent opinion, not a promise of how the decision turns out. The outcome, and its risk, remain yours.
- Not a report a machine sent you. A named analyst forms the call and puts his name and judgment behind it.
- Not a scheduled consulting day or a three-hour session. It is his reviewed verdict, delivered on his schedule. If you want the live conversation, it is short and optional.
- Not open-ended advisory. One decision, one verdict. No standing obligation follows it.
- Not a Deep Dive. If the decision needs a full twenty-to-sixty page investigation built first, we tell you before you pay and point you there.
How it works
One decision, one verdict
- Tell us the decision and what it turns on, in the form below.
- We check the scope. If it fits a verdict on the existing record, you get the payment link. If it needs a full investigation first, we say so before you pay.
- We build the analysis; the analyst reviews it and forms his verdict.
- You get the written verdict within three business days. If you want the short conversation, you book it into an open window.
The names you give us stay between us. We never publish client scopes. The EUR 1,500 payment link is sent by email after the scope check, never a buy button here.
Your verdict request is in.
