Portfolio Watch
Portfolio Watch: we keep watching after the deal closes.
You name the companies: your portfolio, your targets, your competitive set. Every month you get one honest page per company: whether its standing among the people who actually build in its field is rising or fading, which new sectors and partners it is getting tied to, and which claimed events the public record actually confirms, receipt attached. Between reports, we only write when something moves. Even silence gets reported, because a company quietly leaving the conversation is a signal your news alerts will never send.

One honest page per company, against the record
- Standing in the expert conversation. Whether the people who actually build and decide in its field are discussing the company more or less over time, and whether that movement runs ahead of its press coverage (usually the early signal) or behind it (usually the hype signal).
- New connections. When a company starts being tied to a sector, technology, or partner it was not tied to before. That is often the first visible move of a pivot or an expansion.
- Convergence moments. When several independent signals start pointing at the same company at once, we flag it. Those are the moments that later look obvious.
- Verified events. Funding rounds, filings, leadership changes: claimed versus what the record actually confirms, with the source attached. The receipt is the product.
- Silence. A company quietly dropping out of the expert conversation is also a signal.
Delivery: a monthly portfolio report (one page per company plus a summary page: the three companies that moved most, the one thing to act on), event alerts between reports when something verified lands, and a quarterly movement review.
An example month
To show the shape, not a real client's book
Company: an enterprise data-infrastructure vendor on your list
- Standing: rising, and ahead of the press. For three months running, the people who build in the data-infrastructure field have been discussing this company more, while mainstream coverage has stayed flat. When the expert conversation moves first and the press has not caught up, that is usually the early part of a move, not the late part.
- New connection. This month the company began appearing alongside a healthcare-compliance topic it had never been tied to before, across several independent sources. Often the first visible sign of a new vertical.
- Verified event. The company's own blog announced a "$40M Series C." The public record confirms a funding round was registered; the filed amount and date are attached, and they do not fully match the blog's figure. Claimed versus confirmed, with the receipt.
- The one thing to act on: the healthcare tie is new and unannounced. If this is a portfolio company, it is worth a direct question before the next board meeting.
Everything above is illustrative; a real report names the real companies on your list
We grade your book before we take your money
This is where we differ from every monitoring tool you have tried
An investor's book is full of private, early companies, and most of them are not yet in the expert record. We do not pretend otherwise. At onboarding, every company you name gets a coverage check, and you see the result before the first invoice:
Full watch
The company already carries a real record in the expert conversation: you get the standing read plus verified events.
Verified events only
A public footprint but no expert-conversation depth yet: we watch the public record. Verified funding, filings, leadership changes, each with the receipt attached. That lane already beats the news alerts you run today, because every event arrives verified, not merely claimed.
Registry only
Too little public footprint to watch honestly. The page says so instead of padding.
The free coverage check is there before you subscribe. It shows the grade for each company, whether it can be watched deeply, watched through the public record, or not yet at all, and what we would watch. It does not hand over findings. The real work begins once you subscribe. The check is honest and free: it gives you a true per-company picture of your own book, and no research runs before there is a subscription behind it. And if too many of your companies can only be watched at the registry level, we tell you the bundle is not a fit before you pay. If you already know your set is watchable, you can subscribe straight from the bundles above.
Bundles
One price per bundle, no credits to count
Know your set is watchable? Subscribe below and the watch starts today. New to this, or not sure your book fits? Run the free coverage check first: we grade every company before you pay, and tell you honestly if a bundle is not a fit.
Add-on pack: +5 companies for EUR 195 per month per pack. At the edge of a band, upgrading to the next bundle always beats stacking packs. Above 50 companies it is a custom conversation.
Send us your list
You get the per-company coverage picture and the exact bundle fit before anything is billed
Send us the companies you want watched (your portfolio, your targets, your competitive set). We run the coverage check and come back with the grade for each company and the bundle that fits. The names you send stay between us; we never publish client lists or scopes.

Who this is for: domain-aligned investors in AI, data, and enterprise-tech, whose portfolio companies actually appear in the expert conversation we grade. If your book runs mostly outside that field, the coverage check will say so before any money moves. Corp-dev and strategy teams watching a target list or a competitor set use the same watch with a different list.
What it is not
- Not a company database. No firmographic dumps, no contact lists, no deal-flow sourcing. The database players sell records; we watch standing and verify events on the companies you already care about.
- Not news clipping or real-time monitoring. Monthly rhythm plus event alerts; no minute-by-minute feed, no media-mention counting.
- Not a document product. When a watched company needs a real answer, that is a Decision Brief, from EUR 490, one click away.
