1. Use of the Site
The Site provides editorial content, tool directories, company directories, podcast episodes, and related resources about data and artificial intelligence. Content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
2. Intellectual property
All original content on the Site (articles, design, code, podcast scripts) is owned by KLYM bv or its licensors. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source. Reproduction of full articles, redistribution, or commercial use requires prior written permission.
Third-party content (e.g. company logos in the directory) remains the property of its respective owners.
3. User-submitted content
If you submit content (comments, contact-form messages, newsletter replies), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site. You warrant that you own or have the right to share what you submit.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Scrape the Site at a rate that materially impacts performance, or in violation of any robots.txt directives.
- Submit spam, malware, or attempt to compromise the Site’s security.
- Use the Site or its content in any manner that infringes another party’s rights.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, KLYM bv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
7. Links to third parties
The Site contains links to third-party sites (including ins7ghts.com, tool vendors, and editorial sources). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or any consequences of your interaction with them.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising from or related to the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Diest.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Paid research and advisory services
This section applies, in addition to the terms above, when you purchase a paid research deliverable or advisory service from 7wData Research (for example a Decision Brief, Deep Dive, Portfolio Watch subscription, Deck Screen, or The Analyst’s Verdict). By confirming a paid engagement you accept this section.
Nature of the work. Our deliverables are independent research and opinion, based on public information and third-party sources that may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors we cannot detect. Every claim carries an evidence grade and its source, and where the public record cannot answer we say so rather than estimate. A deliverable is our considered opinion offered to inform your decision. The decision, and its consequences, remain yours.
Not professional advice. Our deliverables are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and are not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset. We are not a licensed investment adviser or broker. Obtain your own professional advice before acting.
No guarantee of outcome. We do not warrant that any finding, grade, or recommendation is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, or that a decision informed by it will succeed. You remain responsible for your own verification and reliance.
Confidentiality and no redistribution. Deliverables are provided for your internal use only. You may not publish, redistribute, resell, or share them outside your organisation without our prior written consent. Company names, scopes, and context you share with us stay confidential; we never publish client scopes, and any published sample work is redacted and used with permission.
Fees and payment. Each engagement is scoped and priced in writing before any work begins, and nothing is charged until you confirm. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store card details.
Limitation of liability for paid work. To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with any paid deliverable or service is limited to the fee you paid for that specific deliverable or service, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, or data.
Independence. We sell research to the people making a decision, never to the companies being examined. Brands can buy visibility with us; nobody can buy a grade.
